Deck Restoration Project

On this project, a couple hoped to avoid replacing a 20 year old deck. Upon a close inspection of their deck, we found that there were quite a few rotten boards that need to be replaced, including stairs and crucial support structures. Additionally, we are going to replace and add some posts. Finally, the deck has become unlevel over the years, so we’ll elevate the deck in a couple of places and reattach the frame so the deck will be level. The deck is unsafe and the owner has almost fallen through it several times. It will be a two day project and the couple is excited to be able to enjoy their deck this spring.
